My first *ever* post...

Well, hey! I finally got this whole thing figured out! Rather confusing, I'd say. I guess for my first post I might as well share some insightful things.

First of all, this week, God has been teaching me about humility, and being broken over sin. I experienced that this week, and, honestly, it was awesome. Sometimes we think that we don't want to humble ourselves or be "humiliated," but it is sooooo good and refreshing to feel like a wretched sinner and to have to turn back to God all over again. It's great. Really, really great. And after you've been forgiven, you feel so good and fresh inside, like you're a new person.

That's my insightful wisdom for today. Aaaannnddd now for the verse to correspond.....

Psalm 51: 17- My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; 
   a broken and contrite heart
   you, God, will not despise.
